Rules for submitting videos:
1.Maximum length for one video is 15 minutes. You may submit a feature length movies as long as it is cut
into segments which are 15 minutes in length or shorter. Maximum file size 20 megabytes.
2.Acceptable formats include .mov, .divx, .asf, .dv, .wmv and probably more. We will have a complete list soon.
3.No gratuitous sex (i.e. porn.)
